Country house via Cason, San Massimo - Croce Bianca, Verona

Corte Cason: area forming part of the urban area of the Rural Court called “Casone” on which there is a settlement for residential and partly agricultural purposes of ancient rural origin (18th century)
a) building body Building Unit no. 8: the most representative building body of the entire building complex, consisting of two units of 3 floors above ground for residential purposes;
b) building body Building Unit no. 9: consisting of a unit located on the ground floor for agricultural purposes
c) building body Building Unit no. 10 and 11: consisting of 5 units located on the ground and first floors for agricultural use
d) from the external area, a courtyard common to all the aforementioned units, located on the ground floor inside the property and which all the units overlook, and where the access to the property is also located on Via Cason
The buildings identified above are essentially made up of a building in stone and stone-brick masonry and wooden floors in several parts which have collapsed; even the roof, which is not present today, removed some time ago as it collapsed, was made up of a wooden frame configuring the sloping roof slopes.
