You will enter through a large automatic electric gate and you will see a large private garden with olive trees, plants and flowers, a wooden gazebo with a set of garden furniture available, a swimming pool with chairs, sunbeds, armchairs and umbrellas and an outdoor shower, plus a hydromassage tub.
In the private portion of the land inside the property you will have the opportunity to use a built-in barbecue. You will enter through the main door which opens into a large living / dining room of approximately 25 m2. with kitchenette, large fireplace and brick oven, fully furnished and equipped with dishwasher, television etc... Adjacent to the entrance on the left you will find a large room of approximately 22 m2. with two single beds, we can possibly add two additional single beds on request.
