Reggello, San Donato in Fronzano mill completely renovated for a total of approximately 240 m2. The property was once part of the heritage of Vai Da Verrazzano, descendant of the navigator Giovanni Da Verrazzano, there are boundary stones with his initials inside the park. The three-arch bridge inside the property (perhaps from the Roman period) was the only means of connection between the northern and southern parts of the surrounding countryside before the construction of the single-arch nineteenth-century bridge (which connects the two parts of the road local) and which today marks the limit of the property to the North East. The property has been renovated and presents unique, elegant and functional characteristics. The system is equipped with a UV sterilizer. A branch of the system brings water to the fountain located in the square and to the barn. A second water source, with an adjoining collection well, equipped with a pump and connection with pipes for manual irrigation, is located to the east not far from the house. It is used today to water the garden and in the past it was used to irrigate the vegetable gardens in the vicinity. Outside we find the barn of approximately 80 m2 to be renovated with a roof used for car parking with 3 parking spaces. Interesting property in the heart of Tuscany 7 km from the Sant'Ellero train station and 20 km from Florence, excellent investment.
