The apartment is not immediately habitable and the main finishes are:
- original flooring from the time of construction
- bathroom only traced and to be completed
- no heating
- original wooden windows with single glass
- external windows with wood shutters
The building is undergoing renovation and is in fair condition and is delivered in its current state to be finished and completed. The roof is in good condition.
