- There are 6 bedrooms in the apartment (two doubles and three singles and one double) and two bathrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen (two refrigerators), 6 balconies.
- Third floor without elevator, present iron, ironing board and clothes horse, TV and wifi. Independent heating.
- All bedrooms are air conditioned and with automatic door locking and private safe if requested.
- There is a laundry room with two washing machines and a dryer. Each bedroom has a single bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk.
- Car parking a stone's throw from the apartment: available if requested a garage for rent at 50 euros per month.
- Each tenant will have his/her own private room (or shared) and will share the common areas with the others. It is not necessary to register utilities.
- MONTHLY RENT: the price is all-inclusive (condominium fees, energy costs, wifi, cleaning of stairs and cleaning of common areas once a week, etc.) and is requested as follows: Single room: 370 euros per month; Double room for single and/or double use: 420 euros per month; Bed-space in a double room that requires sharing sleeping arrangements: 270 euros per month.
