Rebuildable ruin in a central position in the Alps, near "Le Fonti". In the Alpe Veglia Natural Park, in loc. Cornù, at an altitude of mt. 1750, in a panoramic position with a splendid prospect on Monte Leone.
With an external footprint of 6 x 8 meters, it can be reconstructed on the basis of a customized design by the Agency: it allows for a usable area of 35 m2. on the ground floor and an additional 20 m2 of attic area.
Municipal regulations allow for a height of 3 meters in the eaves and impose the use of local materials, stone and wood, and a roof with the characteristic stone slabs. The service networks are a short distance away. The position is highly sought after. The structure is flanked by another that has already been rebuilt and is easily accessible (the Alpe is inaccessible in winter).
