A successful renovation and stylistic reinterpretation of a villa located in Contrada Montenegro, which began in 2015 and lasted a year, allowed this project to be carried out under the banner of three main factors: Metamorphosis, duplex and modernity. Metamorphosis is a constant of the villa thanks to its objective layout of the rooms, the double bedrooms (3) can be used both by the owners who live there and by any guests with relative independence, the same goes for the three bathrooms and the laundry room.
Duplex , from a visit to the site we can appreciate the possibility of creating two distinct and separate villas or as in this case visiting the villa and the two B&Bs with independent entrance and relative garden and relaxation area. Modernity, here the client (a construction company known for years in the area) has literally renovated everything, from the internal and external electrical and water systems. Every traditional internal style has been redesigned in a modern key, a work table that has combined the experiences of carpenters, engineers and that touch of modernity that husband and wife have been able to transfer to the project.
We tell our emotion in reviewing this new housing solution that we sold in 2015. The first emotion comes from the automatic gate which literally invites you to cross and occupy the parking area, here the protagonist is the sound of the gravel, unusual but always fascinating together with the visible view of the garden. The desire to visit the house is anesthetized by the external spaces that occupy the first thoughts (here friends will come, here we will have evenings, here I would do this or something else); However, the protagonist of the first stop on the visit is the veranda, it is here that the thoughts go further, a sigh of relaxation and the meditation becomes deeper 'it feels good here' this is the first thought we had. At the entrance to the large veranda that leads us into the house, we had the perception that the visit would have already satisfied us, we enjoyed the entrance to the garden, we appreciated the distribution of the external spaces and after the coffee on the veranda we are now in front of fireplace and peninsula. That may be enough for us. Here the 4 elements are all there: water (well and irrigation system) earth (two gardens) air (we are surrounded by greenery and open air and fire (it is the fire of the passion of those who live there and of those who will live there ) .
