The hotel structure - RESIDENCE - is located at 1150 meters above sea level, it is located in the center of Sella Nevea a few steps from the ski lifts and the cross-border area of Sella Nevea-Kanin, which includes both the slopes on the Italian side and those Slovenian, above Bovec and the Soča Valley.
It has 126 rooms, all with private bathrooms, facing upstream and downstream, the latter with a balcony. It has a capacity of approximately 450 beds; it has its own Sports Center with saunas, swimming pool, gym, hydromassage and solarium; services such as: entertainment centre, games room, brewery, boutique, mini club, ski room and disco.
The restaurant room can comfortably accommodate all hotel guests.
From a structural and functional point of view, during 2004 -2005 there were the major works relating to compliance with Ministerial Decree **/****** have been carried out.
The current category (three stars) could be raised to four or five stars.
Thanks to the favorable climate and healthy air of the locality, the structure is also suitable for a further transformation into a Health and Wellness Center giving the possibility of extending the opening to the public throughout the year.
SELLA NEVEA is a hamlet of Chiusaforte (UD), located at the head of the Canal of Raccolana and on the slopes of the Cergnata and Canin mountains.
It is a base for interesting excursions to the surrounding peaks and a destination not only for mountain enthusiasts, but also for speleologists: in fact, there are numerous caves here.
Sella Nevea it is one of the few ski resorts in Europe where the snow arrives first. Thanks to its geographical position and its solar exposure, the slopes, sheltered from the sun and well groomed, manage to keep their stupendous and white snow cover intact.
In summer, summer skiing is practiced on the Conca del Prevala glacier, the largest lowest in Europe.

SKI FACILITIES AND SLOPES:
Sella Nevea has 10 ski lifts including 1 cable car and 9
ski lifts, which go up from 1180 m up to 2400 m.
For those who love cross-country skiing, the slopes extend into the stupendous landscape of the Sella Nevea district.
The most important slope is that of Canin, which celebrates the exploits of past and present champions such as Colò, Chierroni, Stenmark and Tomba.
