The strong dispersion of the population in the municipal area has led to the birth of numerous villages, some of which are of considerable size and worthy of being known. This is the case of Campo Soprano, located on the Gilba road and therefore in the direction of the hill that goes towards the Po Valley; or of Chiaronto, an important center located at the foot of Mount Ricomone, on the border with the territory of the Municipality of Sampeyre. On the northern side, in the hamlet of San Maurizio, the Borgata San Maurizio and, further down, Borgata Grande are of considerable size. Two settlements of summer pastures are of a certain interest: La Carlevara, a destination for the farmers of Borgata Grande; and Meira d'Amon located on the sunny side of the Adrech.
Along the paths and in the villages themselves, there was a notable presence of votive pillars, variously frescoed and built starting from 1700 until the second post-war period of the last century.
