The house is located in via Trento, in the historic center of Castelsaraceno, also known as the town of the two parks. In fact, its territory extends between the Pollino National Park and the Val d'Agri National Park, connected to each other by the longest Tibetan bridge in the world. The house is structured on two floors, both equipped with balconies overlooking the valley which leads to San Chirico and the towns on the Ionian Sea. On the first floor, there is a comfortable living/dining room, furnished and with fireplace, the bathroom and the kitchen. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one single and one double.
