The apartment spread over three floors. Ground floor: two large cellars with exposed stone walls. First floor: eat-in kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a view over the valley. Second floor: two double bedrooms, bathroom and attic.
The bias of space and geothermal energy
As we know, the size of the property affects heating costs and often the house bills force us to give up living space. This is not the case for all properties connected to geothermal energy, where with a modest annual expense, you have as much heating and hot water as you can.
Metaphysics of restructuring
