Large rustic house/ruin that can be reconstructed on three levels, with small land attached in the small town of STAGGIOLO, above the town of VARZO. You can go up there via a path in about 8/10 minutes from the Varzo - San Domenico provincial road, which leads to the highest tourist areas (Ciamporino Ski Area, Alpe Veglia Natural Park, Trasquera and Bugliaga).
The small town is characteristic and well inhabited, isolated in a context of woods and still cultivated meadows and the cottage is set in a nice panoramic rural context, next to the ancient fountain and the common oven. It has sturdy and preservable perimeter walls, while the roof has long since collapsed inside. The Agency provides the architectural reconstruction project for a useful surface area of approximately 75 m2. and can see to its implementation.--a37d9d1e7d9f3aef4e6eb2f35559cc41!
