We are located near the south-east coast, a few minutes from the beach of Feraxi and 2 km from the center of San Priamo.

The nearest airport of Cagliari-Elmas is 45 km away.

Inside the estate we find an area of just under 5 hectares of natural garden, of which about two are dedicated to the cultivation of Sardinian myrtle medicinal plants and the rest occupied by Mediterranean scrub and with various olive trees also to delimit the property. The vegetation is luxuriant and from the lodgings, no less than 8 one-room apartments, equipped with regular usability, organized in pairs in a semi-detached style, all equipped with a veranda, it is possible to enjoy the splendid panoramic view of the valley: each lodging is able to easily accommodate four people, with the mezzanine living area and the bathroom. Each house of about 25 square meters also consists of an equipped kitchenette and a hallway with a walk-in closet. The typology of some details recalls the rural style of the area in detail: there is also a paved and finished outdoor patio. There are also 2 further lodgings, at the entrance of the structure, which can be used as caretaker accommodation and a large warehouse. The real strength of the estate is the wonderful view of the valley of Monte Liuru, the scent of the Mediterranean scrub, an oasis of relaxation to enjoy the tranquility and silence of the whole context offered. The area, of considerable landscape, naturalistic, geological and archaeological interest, has lagoon wetlands called Colostrai and Feraxi where there is a naturalistic oasis recommended for fishing and birdwatching. One of the major attractions in the vicinity are the beaches and coves hidden at the foot of the hills covered with vegetation, in one of the parts of Sardinia that has remained almost wild and untouched. Tuerra is a quiet location but well connected to the most famous tourist centers such as San Priamo (about 3 km), Costa Rei (about 12 km), Capo Ferrato (about 15 km), Muravera (about 20 km), the beach of Timi Ama and Capo Carbonara (about 23 km), Villasimius (about 40 km). On site it is possible to carry out various activities even in the low season such as trekking excursions in the paths of Monte Liuru and Monti Ferru, horse riding and mountain biking. For lovers of typical Sardinian cuisine, you can taste traditional local dishes in nearby farmhouses.
