Appartamento con 1 camera da letto in stile moderno misto antico (40 mq) può ospitare fino a 2 persone ed ha 1 bagno. Appena si entra, si è accolti da un piccolo ingresso arredato con un tavolino ed un ripostiglio. Proseguendo si arriva al salotto che ospita l’angolo pranzo, ed una televisione a schermo piatto. Il salotto si affaccia sulla cucina che vanta uno stile moderno ed è molto funzionale. Tornando al salotto si può proseguire salendo le scale che portano al soppalco dove si colloca la camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e guardaroba. Il bagno è completo con doccia e da questo vano, grazie ad una piccola portafinestra, si accede ad una corte interna dove si trovano la lavatrice ed il lavello.
Riscaldamento: autonomo.
Aria condizionata: uno split in salotto e uno in camera da letto.

Once inside the apartment, the guests find themselves in a small entrance area with a small table and closet. Then there is the living room with dining corner, and a flat screen TV. The living room faces the modern and functional kitchen.
From the living room the guests can use the stairs to reach the loft where there is a bedroom with a master bed and closet. The bathroom is complete with shower and thanks to a small patio door, leads to the internal area where there is a washing machine and sink.

Air conditioning: one split in the living room and one in the bedroom.
