L'immobile si trova lungo il sentiero 4d del Cai, a circa 6 minuti a piedi dal parcheggio di Fossola, consiste in un locale di circa 24 metri quadrati, con camino, una cantina sottostante la stanza principale di 16 metri quadrati che può eventualmente essere collegata tramite scala, di un balcone vista mare e di una corte sul retro della casa, dove vi è anche una piana coltivabile con il viottolo per accedere ad uno dei due ingressi dell'edificio. L'ingresso principale si trova sul sentiero Cai.
Il rustico necessita di ristrutturazione e non dispone di bagno, elettricità o acqua. La zona circostante è comunque già servita da elettricità e acqua.

The property is sited along the 4d CAI trail, about 6 minutes walk from the village's private car park.

There is also a small balcony overlooking the sea and an open patio at the back of the house, with a strip of land, which is also a path for a second entrance to the property. The main entrance is via the Cai trail.
